We are a dedicated retailer serving only Switzerland. By focusing exclusively on this region, we can better manage our delivery commitments.

We do not offer international dispatch or services to addresses outside of Swiss borders. Placing an order confirms that your destination is within our supported zone.

3. Cost Transparency

We believe in straightforward pricing for our patrons.

  • Final Pricing: The price displayed on our website for your selected item is the final amount you pay at your doorstep.
  • No Added Fees: We do not apply shipping costs, handling charges, or hidden fees during the checkout process.

4. Order Fulfilment Timeline

Our process is divided into two clear stages to ensure your order arrives in its intended state:

  • Preparation Phase: We use 2 business days for quality checks, packaging, and shipping preparations at our facility.
  • Transit Phase: Once handed to our logistics partners, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days to reach your address.
  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your parcel within 3 to 4 business days from the moment the order is placed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Model

To ensure a secure transaction, we use a Cash on Delivery system:

  • Payment is only required when the courier arrives at your location.
  • We ask that you have the exact cash amount ready to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Delivery agents are authorised to release the package only after the full order value is collected.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your request at any time while the item is still being prepared at our facility. However, once the 2-day packaging phase is complete and the parcel is with our logistics partners, it is considered "dispatched."

At this point, the delivery must proceed as planned, and we cannot stop or redirect the parcel.

7. Data Integrity and Privacy

In line with the FADP, your delivery details including name, address, and contact number are used solely to fulfil your order. This information is only shared with essential logistics partners to facilitate delivery. We do not use your data for other purposes without your clear consent.
