To ensure fairness, we have established clear boundaries for what qualifies
for a return request:

from the date of your doorstep delivery to notify us of an issue.

Qualified Reasons: We accept returns if the dress
arrives with physical damage, if you receive the incorrect item, or if
the size delivered does not match your order.

Excluded Scenarios: We do not provide refunds or accept
returns for a change of mind. We encourage you to
review all item details before finalising your selection.

Item Condition: To be accepted, items must remain in
their original state; unused, unaltered, and with all packaging and tags
intact.
III. Resolution Pathway
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, the process follows these
steps:
1. Notification: Send your request and order details to

2. Collection: Once we verify the request, we will arrange
for a courier to pick up the item from your Swiss address at no cost to you.
3. Quality Inspection: Every returned item undergoes a
thorough review at our facility within 24 hours to check
for signs of wear or intentional damage.
4. Final Outcome: If the item is faulty or incorrect and a
replacement is unavailable, we will move forward with a refund.
IV. Refund Administration
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we
require additional steps to return your funds:

only for the transfer.
