CasaOrnexa Return and Refund Policy

This document clarifies the standards for returning dresses and requesting refunds for our patrons within Switzerland. All services and timelines mentioned here are exclusive to the Swiss region and are managed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) .

II. Return Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fairness, we have established clear boundaries for what qualifies for a return request:

  • The 30-Day Window: You have a total of 30 days from the date of your doorstep delivery to notify us of an issue.
  • Qualified Reasons: We accept returns if the dress arrives with physical damage, if you receive the incorrect item, or if the size delivered does not match your order.
  • Excluded Scenarios: We do not provide refunds or accept returns for a change of mind. We encourage you to review all item details before finalising your selection.
  • Item Condition: To be accepted, items must remain in their original state; unused, unaltered, and with all packaging and tags intact.

III. Resolution Pathway

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, the process follows these steps:

1. Notification: Send your request and order details to support@casaornexa.com.

2. Collection: Once we verify the request, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your Swiss address at no cost to you.

3. Quality Inspection: Every returned item undergoes a thorough review at our facility within 24 hours to check for signs of wear or intentional damage.

4. Final Outcome: If the item is faulty or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable, we will move forward with a refund.

IV. Refund Administration

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we require additional steps to return your funds:

  • Bank Transfer: We will request your bank details via email to complete the refund.
  • Data Integrity: Your bank details are handled with strict confidentiality under FADP standards and used only for the transfer.
  • Timeline: Funds typically reflect in your account within 7 business days, depending on your local bank's internal processing.
  • No Hidden Costs: We do not apply restocking fees. Your refund will match the price paid at the time of delivery.
